PP+PE Isolation Gown
CROWN NAME® Isolation Gown – Plus is made from PE film laminated with nonwoven fabric. The outer layer of PE film is fluidresistant, while the inner layer is soft and with high strength. It provides excellent protection with comfort.
Comparing to SMS materials, PP+PE isolation gown pass the protection test of EN 14126. Meantime, it also meet the requirements of AAMI level. SPP/PE coating materials on the front and sleeves is avaiable.
CN308 is made from PE film laminated with nonwoven fabric.

CN308255 is made from PE film laminated with nonwoven fabric.

Multi-Ply Spunbound-Meltblown-Spunbound is a soft and breathable fabric, the outer layers of spun-bond offer good strength, while the middle layers of melt-blown provide protection against body fluid.
Polyethylene
The single layer of polyethylene is impermeable to fluids and provides high protection against body fluid at a very attractive price.
PE Film Laminated
The inner layer of nonwoven offers good strength and conformity, while the outer layer of PE film provides excellent fluid repellency and a barrier against bacteria for advanced protection.
Protective Standards of Disposable Isolation Gown

According to ANSI／AAMI PB70:2012 Standard, the critical zones of surgical gowns, isolation gowns, other protective apparel, surgical drapes, and drape accessories shall be sampled and tested.
Level 1 Standard:
Gowns pass the AATCC42 test. It meets minimum standards to prevent liquid penetration.
Level 2 Standard:
Gowns pass the AATCC42 and AATCC 127 tests. It meets low resistance to liquid penetration.
Level 3 Standard:
Gowns pass the AATCC42 and AATCC 127 tests. It meets a moderate level of resistance to fluid penetration. Compared with the level 2 stand, this one must meet a more strict stand in AATCC 127 test.
Level 4 Standard:
Gowns pass the ASTM F1671 test. It meets blood resistance and viral penetration.
