Non woven Fabric
Spunbonded Polypropylene (SBPP)
Spunbonded polypropylene is a lightweight, breathable fabric, which is consist of continuous filament, with good tensile strength and elongation.
Spunbond-Meltblown-Spunbond (SMS)
SMS is tri-laminated and comprised of layers of spunbond polypropylene, meltblown polypropylene, and spunbond polypropylene. The Spunbond layer is with good tensile strength and elongation, melt blown layer is consist of continuous microfiber.
Polyethylene Film (PE or CPE)
Polyethylene film is a plastic film made from hydrocarbons. It is leakage-proof, and great for heat sealing.
Polyethylene Film Laminated
Spunbond polypropylene is coated with a layer of impervious polyethylene.
Microporous Film Laminated
Composed of SBPP laminated breathable microporous film. The microporous film provides breathable but liquid & blood resistance properties.
Spunbond-Microporous Film-Spunbond (SFS)
Nonwoven at both sides provides cloth like feeling to human body. Microporous film provides breathable but liquid&blood resistance property to the garment. Different weight composition is available to be customized.
Spunlace Fabric
Spunlace is a bonding process for wet or dry fibrous webs made by either carding, air-laying, or wet-laying, the resulting bonded fabric being nonwoven.
